My order wasn’t properly fulfilled, the store didn’t have what I needed. It was a timely process that could have easily been prevented
Curtis GThe women added the insurance and didn’t ask me. I got a text saying I. An pick the equipment up early and it said I don’t have to pay for the extra day and when I asked her to confirm all she said was “if you drop it off on a weekend and they’re close how would they know”. I got there and had to take an Uber and she tells me she lost the key for my truck and told me I needed to go somewhere else but never offered a way to help or tell me she lost the keys in advance. After she finalizes the contract and gives me the key she tells me she don’t have the appliance dolly I ordered and didn’t help me find a new one.

DONALD SGetting information ahead of time that the Uhaul could have been returned at another location saving us money instead of returning it to the pick up point. We thought it would have cost more to drop off elsewhere.
