Employees need training and modeling of respect, consideration and basic interaction skills. They were very rude both on the phone and especially in person. When I was sharing my experience at a local business, many nodded their heads in agreement and were ready to share their own experiences. I'll go out of my way next time to use another business trusting I'll be treated better.
