I made a reservation a week in advance for a 15ft truck. They called me the day before pick up to inform me they gave the 15 ft. Truck to someone else and they no longer had the truck for me. I had to go with the 10ft. Truck. Very unprofessional. When you make a reservation well over a week in advance.. don’t call up day before and say, sorry gave to someone else!

I rented an appliance dolly and was told it was in the trailer. I got to the location where I was loading and it was not there. I had to go purchase one for 70$ as there was not a local u haul there. When I said something upon returning the trailer, the cashier was VERY rude about it. I rent trailers often but will NEVER rent from this location again
