I am very unhappy that the appliance dolly I reserved was not there and they had me driving around Houston looking for one at other U-Haul locations. I ended up having to purchase one at Lowe's for $199! The truck inside was dirty as well.

The break lights did not work and it was to late for me to swap out or do anything by the time I noticed. It put a serious handicap on my move being i can not drive at night in fears of causing a accident. Besides this one issue causing a huge set back to my schedule, it wasn't terrible
Chas BHonestly this was my first ever rental and it went so smooth, truck was crispy very well maintained, trip was excellent, prices are more than reasonable, anybody is capable of renting a truck. I personally feel the automated system after hours is goated. Definitely coming back when I need a reliable pick up truck.
