My rental reservation was moved to a different location at the last minute by Uhaul. Added an extra 45 minutes of sitting in traffic to get to and from the new location

The trucks are in mud, at the least it seems rocks should be put down. There are no lights, so off-hour pickup and drop off occurs in the dark with no city lights nearby either. It was rather unsafe.

The computer system was down which led to a variety of issues; long lines, the pick up process took longer than it should have, there was a mix-up with keys so had to take a much larger truck than I needed or wanted. I think a lot of stress and confusion could have been avoided if the location had handled the situation at pick-up differently, The day after I returned the truck I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and the location. In the end, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. It doesn't matter if I would recommend the location or not, when making a reservation online, the customer doesn't select the location.

The location at Canada Dry was good. My only issue with uhaul was when I first called in the day before to enroll a truck i specified 3 times Canada Dry location & she clarified yes 3 times, but the morning of picking up the truck there was no scheduled pick up, because they it it at a Bissonet location which was far from me. I got lucky that Canada Dry did have the truck I needed and only had to call main number to set up another pick up for that day. It was an inconvience.

Your staff was great very professional and helpful, but your company has them working in a very poor location. I understand they may be working from this site for 2 years or more while the location I previously used on San Jacinto St. in Houston, TX is being renovated. Please spend some money giving your employees a better place to work. The parking area should be repaved or paved and better lighting should be installed. THEY DID NOT COMPLAIN TO ME. These are my thoughts as a U-Haul Customer.

When truck was originally supposed to be reserved online at the Pasadena, TX location, they double booked me and didnt have what I needed. I was called back to confirm a pick up time and told they didnt have what I needed. I had to go to The 2112 Canada Dry St Houston, TX 77023. Best thing..Service was awesome and quick!

While some employees are courteous and helpful, most are slow and not in any particular hurry to help you. Moving is already a difficult, anxiety-inducing process and UHaul makes it worse. Their system does not help expedite the process but makes it even slower. Not planning to use UHaul for truck rental again.

Am not too happy with the extra charge dedication from my card. I was just 30mins behind schedule due a terrible traffic on H59. Even in the traffic my phone battery flat out and there's no way I could have communicated. To this I would have suggested there is a charging point in the trucks. Moreno I will be happy and more delighted for a refund.

No issues with the rental. My issue was after we dropped off. While dropping off, is was pouring rain. Off course the system requires pictures. I got soaking wet taking the pics and in the process locked my keys in the uhaul truck. This was realize after the key was dropped off. The 24 hour customer service was a joke. No answer. I would have thought the purchase of the in insurance would have covered that but ended up giving up and highering my own raid side assistance to retrieve my keys. Next time I will stick to a rental with later hours to avoid the self check in. Be afraid to know what would have happened with something simple like a flat!

we used this location because it the Collage Station location told us that it was a 24/7 drop off. When we arrived, did all the online stuff we could not get a gate code to get in. Spent 45 minutes on phone with Uhaul trying to figure things out when a crew bringing trailers showed and allowed us into the gate. The gentleman told us that this location was having issues with the set up process and was still "working out the kinks" Now this showed have been noted online so that when the guy at the College Station saw this location he could have been properly informed and not given us misinformation.

Be on time. & when u say u will be outside in a minute, do not let someone sit out there for 20 minutes. Then come inside to ask "if u are coming"

After going through every detail needed to rent a trailer, the information was still entered incorrectly. Which was a complete downer since I was on vacation when I started receiving several text messages of drop off locations. I needed the trailer for ten days which I made very clear and that I would be returning the trailer back to the place I picked it up at. Within 2 days I was already being told to return to a uhaul location. It was my fault for not reviewing the paperwork but I felt I explained everything clearly. The person working was polite is all I can say.

I have no idea how this happened, but UHaul called to confirm that my truck was to be due at the San Jacinto location. It was only when I made it there to return the truck that the website informed me that it was to be returned on the other side of town. This was absolutely, 100% unnecessary, especially considering I CHOSE the San Jacinto location for drop off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Friendly staff! Location is a dirt area though. Doesn’t look like a location more of a storage for broken things. Trailer on site which is the office clean in there though.

Marcus was the on staff employee and his name tag said General Manager. He was incredibly professional and efficient. He was super nice, polite, and considerate of my time (jogged to the trailer accross the lot so he could beat me there when I was driving). With online checkin, time at the counter was minimal.
