Two hours after my drop-off my account had not been closed. Even though pick up location and uhaul customer service could find my contract in the system, the drop off location could NOT. I was told the manager would check into it, after ANOTHER hour passed! Then, I was told I dropped off an hour late even though my pic of the mileage/fuel gauge showed different. I was accused of threatening the employee that couldn't find the contact-because I said â€œIf uhaul charges me additional charges this gonna be ugly and just badâ€. Meaning I had NO money in my account and would overdraft. But I wasn't given the chance to explain before being accused of threatening . Now the focus isn't about the truck I â€œstill hadâ€ but my misunderstood threat! Horrible day that ended with the drop off location hanging up in my face without listening to why I was concerned that a $190 contract was still open over 2hour AFTER I dropped off. Thanks uhaul customer service being the middle man and calling me to clear up the situation. If I have to use this drop off location again, I'll just go turtle back! Thanks but no thanksCaretta B.

Mileage was incorrect, so when dropping off uhaul I was unable to check in. I had to call the 1800 number and still couldn't get things resolved until I went in person. And even then things didn't resolved.Sophia V.
The trailer I reserved was not available at the pickup point. I was not offered the $50 reimbursement as per company policy. I was also charged a "wrong drop off point" fee that was due to a mistake made by the uhaul employee. I was told that I need to contact the pick up point because they are denying this. Why would I, as the customer, have to do that? I feel like that is something you should handle internally. I made reservations for a car hauler trailer online. I put the correct pickup point and drop off point that I needed. I still have the email to verify this. When I arrived at the pickup point, the trailer I reserved was not available. According to uhaul policy, I should've been given $50 for that alone. A different size car hauling trailer was available, but the reservation I made could not be used for that trailer. The lady behind the counter reached out to a manager, and with his help they cancelled my reservation and set up the rental for the trailer that was available. The uhaul employee put the wrong drop off address, and at no point was I given a chance to review the paperwork. She came out and assisted with hooking up and took pictures. She did not give me any copies of any paperwork. Either, you can look into this and verify, or I will keep escalating. I'd also like a response for the $50 I should've received for not having my reservation available. I was willing to overlook this when I was offered the other trailer that was available, but now that I'm being raked across the coals for your employees honest mistake, I'd like to get paid as well.William H.

I showed up and the door to the office was locked. I tried to complete the rental on the app and it was horrible. The agent wasn't real responsive and the texts were just short and quick. I did not get a copy of my receipt.Kenneth L.
Vehicle was an ashtray. The smell was so bad I had a headache on the drive home and had to return it before I could use it in concern of my furniture smelling like cigarettes after using it. I will never go to this location again.Daesik P.
