no-one was there. I took me a long time to figure out what to do, how to drop it off. Your user interfaces on website and phone are hard to manage and took too long. Also much confusion on the rental process, I did it online first, then got a call and that took 15 minutes of wrangling prices vs drop off location. Then I got another call the day after and another 15 minute conversation about a different pick up location, pricing, drop off options, etc.

Kaycee TTook car hauler over 600 miles. Wheel bearings nice & cool throughout. Tires had close to 50 psi - no issues. Wheel straps in good shape & adjustable via tire size and ratchet system worked good. Safety chain in good shape. Easy & workable tongue adjustment. Would use again!
Duane JTruck broke down on me. I was not able to complete the move due to this. Toys was not my original location to pick up from neither. This was not all on the location I picked it up from
