The only employee who genuinely assisted me with unhitching the auto transport from my vehicle was "Chino," as he introduced himself. Upon my arrival to return the truck, the individual in charge at the main office informed me, “I’m sorry, you will need to unhitch it yourself; I have no insurance.” I was taken aback by this response. Fortunately, two employees outside the main office promptly stepped in to help without hesitation. Although I did not catch the other employee's name, he was instrumental in freeing my car from the auto transport before Chino completed the process. Upon my return with the truck, Chino took the time to explain the delivery procedure and managed the process effectively. I am genuinely grateful for Chino and the assistance of the other employee outside.
