The light was not working on the trailer, there was dirt inside it, and the customer service was poor. I called and asked why there was no precheck before I left the facility and he told me” I’m sorry I didn’t holed your hand and wipe your butt with you” I was on speaker with my mother listening. Disrespectful and disgusting.
