The entire experience with this Uhaul location was horrendous. First of all, it took over 45 minutes to even reserve a Uhaul for a Sunday afternoon (I had gone in on a Thursday to do this for the following weekend). The location is closed Sundays, so I was told to come in on Saturday between 10am-4pm to pick up the key. I came to the office around 1pm on Saturday. It once again took 25 minutes for them to pull up my reservation, and correct the cost/time so that I was not being charged for two days. I picked up the truck on Sunday around 11am and returned it Sunday afternoon around 5pm, driving a total of 24 miles exactly. When I received my bill on Monday, I was charged for two days of the truck instead of one. I called the location to clarify, and was told it was their error and that it would be fixed within 30 minutes and I should receive an updated bill. After one hour, I still had not received any Email thus I called the office back and left a voicemail. I have since called and left 5 voicemails over 3 days without any further returned calls or an email/refund regarding the correction of the charge. I have a phone call into the customer service department with a complaint regarding this issue as well (which also took approx 45 minutes of my time after being put on hold twice and having to re-explain my story both times). I am very frustrated and will make sure my family and friends are aware of my horrible experience with Uhaul.

When I arrived, the 2 trucks that werer the size that I had ordered had not been checked back in. i waited for 40 minutes to get that done. I told the manager that I was paying for my helpers hourly and this is costing me money to just sit here. He did help compensate with a dolly and blankets but I still lost $. Then the first truck had a check Engine light on so we were given the other one. The problem with that is that when we returned it, i didn't know how much gas to put back in to make up for what we had used so I put in a little too much. Also, the cab to the truck was full of dog hair. We had to keep the windows up, it was blowing everywhere. Just an overall bad experience. I will never use this location again. The East St location was a good experience. We moved my daughter one week earlier with no problems.

Kind of difficult to find. There are some signs, but can be easily missed. Very nice office.

The location was very shady for a late night drop-off. The key drop box was very hard to find. Also, the online process to return the truck its pretty bad. Too many pictures, slow, and at the end you wanted to charge me again for the dolly's that I already paid.

The women checking me out was not in her office. We had to call her to get her to come and check us out. She could not get my card to pay for the Uhaul. We had to put the tow dolley on ourselves. The 15' truck was very dirty inside with trash left on the floor. The windows were so dirty with bugs that we could not even see out the front window with the sun shining on it so we had to stop and buy windex to clean the windows ourselves. The tow dolley break lights would not work so we had to have someone drive behind the truck the entire drive as a safety precaution. It seemed very unsafe.

Wayfinding and signage were poor, office door on the third floor had sign said they were closed but clearly they were not. i was told the trailer was out in parking lot. No one assisted me with trailer and there was no prop or support for trailer neck, very heavy hard to raise high enough to get on trailer boy by myself. This was tandem axle 6 x 12 trailer. I checked lights as best as I could. Poor customer service, and I have rented several times in the last year, but this facility was far below my expectations

It was not an issue with the personnel. They could not get my card to charge for over 1.5 hours with 5 or more calls to management to assist. Again, the person at the S. State was great; he had ZERO support. UHAUL kept telling him it was my card; which was not the case as we ran my other cards with the same issue. HORRIBLE !!!!!!!@!! Will NEVER come back.

I had an appointment to pick up my 6x12 trailer at 11am, when I arrived they didn't even have it ready, and they took until 11:45 to get back with it. I had booked my appointment weeks in advance. It was also not installed properly to my Jeep, so I had to transfer it to a friends truck. This entire process set us back by two hours. I was also given a smaller trailer than the one requested , and had to therefore make more trips moving than necessary.
