The staff person who eventually helped me was visiting with person in front of me, while I waited too long for reserved vehicle. Once I committed, I asked if there was someone available to show me vehicle details. She stated there was no one. The vehicle over head door was jammed and very old. I needed to go back in and this time a sales person did help me and was very friendly (DeAnthony). I also had problems with return and was charged $40 more than agreed on. The service representative at return was rude, both to me and in referring to the person who served me in the beginning.

I was "over charged automatically by the computer" which changed a 6 hour rental to a 2 day rental and was also chsrged for a Dolly that was not even in the truck. Might wanna work on efficiency?

Csr didnt give me an option to pay cash like i wanted. My truck wasnt pulled up, i didnt get to do a walk through on the truck before i took off. Upon return i wait 15 mins in my truck for the rep to come out and go through the truck upon return, had to go into the store and get him to look over the truck. Just poor customer service.

My equipment was not ready at pick up time. UHaul never informed me that the truck size I reserved was unavailable and told me upon arrival. This location also forgot to load reserved dollies into the truck which caused me to go out of my way the next day to a further location to retrieve. It was not as smooth of a pick up service as advertised.

The trailer rental went perfectly; however, beforehand, I had to take my hitch ball and bar to another U-Haul store to have it fit for my car.

Always pre register the day before you can do it from your phone/tablet. It saves you alot of time at check in. Also you can do your return the same way and drop keys off and leave. In and out in no time.

It would make things easier and faster to have more employees working during your peak return hours. For me this was at 5pm when everyone was returning your trucks. There was quite a line waiting to be checked back in.

Customer Service was not good, truck was rickety and making all kinds of noises. We were told before we got it to not to pay attention to the noises it was making because it just came out of the shop. They forgot to put the dolly in the truck and when we had to return to pick it up they were rude and asked us what did we forget. When we dropped it off the worker was disorganized and just off somehow. He used foul language in front of two women he didn't know on the job no less and jumped all over any questions we asked about the bill etc. Not a nightmare but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I wont go back to that location. They need a new crew.
