I had a 10 a.m pick up time. I got there at 9:45 and waited in line for 1:15 minutes. Wasn’t comped the hour I waited. I was told truck is due back at 10 the next day. When I got the truck it had just over 1/4 tank of gas. When I returned it the tank was at 1/4. The guy checking me in said it was just under 1/4. I was like no it’s not, but whatever. I was going to pay the 4.50 a gallon in gas. Then the guy proceeds to tell me it would be a 30.00 service charge if they had to refuel it because it was below a 1/4 tank of gas. I told him that was ridiculous. So I got to put some gas in the tank and get it back to the tick mark it was at when I got it. When I returned I get a different guy and he tells me I’m short 2 gallons of gas. I did not agree and he said he would show me. I told him I wasn’t going to sweat him over 3.00 in gas. I told the man I waited an hour past my scheduled pick up time due to Uhauls negligence yet you are sweating me over 3.00 in gas. Needless to say I was not happy or impressed. Definitely won’t use Uhaul again.

There was no one in the desk, waiting for more than 5 mins. I had to look for someone and found them out smoking outside and she was surprised to see me and told me where was my car. She wasn’t pleasant and impatient since I’m deaf and asked here again to clear the communication. I couldn’t started the truck.and had to ask her to help. She was glee to make me look like an idiot and I asked her how did she do it. She replied. Just start the truck. Later I figured out how to make it start by pull the parking set up and she didn’t want to explain it. Therefore she wasn’t a good customer service to make me feel uncomfortable.

The manager was very rude. I was 45 minutes early for my pick up and asked if I could pick up early. She refused to allow this and I can totally understand if there is a reason or policy regarding such a thing. But she offered no explanation as to why I couldn't pick up early and seemed offended that I even asked. However, the yard man who helped me when I returned the trailer was OUTSTANDING! Very kind man, and extremely helpful! My only regret is that I didn't catch his name so I could let you know who this great employee is! He should've been the manager! I have rented from uhaul before and will again, even at this location. But the manager is not a very good one and I hope I never have to deal with her again. Whether she likes it or not she is in a customer service job and it would serve her well to serve her customers better, even if it's with a simple explanation!

The lady in charge was very curt. She came running out and demanded to see my contract then told the guy helping me to not unhook the trailer because she wasn't supposed to be receiving any more trailers. She was obviously upset that I was dropping off a trailer and in my opinion was quite rude. She did allow me to drop it off so everything ended up OK but not a pleasant experience.

Love this location we moved 9/15 and needed a U-Haul at the last minute. The first location we went to didn’t have any trucks and said they couldn’t get us one until Sunday evening. We called other locations said the same thing, so when we called E Washington location they said they could get us one but it would be later took our info and said her supervisor would give us a call within a hour. We got a text about 20 mins later said there would be a truck to pick up at 4:45. Great customer service.



Trailer was junk. Side rails inside trailer were broken. Trailer had exposed wires that were hot! Very hard to get work done with this equipment. Trailer could have damaged my car's trailer light controller.

The associate who assisted me with my rental I think his name was Franco he was great, he ensured the equipment was connected properly checked that the lights worked, actually hooked up the trailer. I have never had anyone at UHaul do that in the past when I have rented these trailers.

Traveled from GA to Indy as mother in law passed. Rented trailer to take some of her items back to GA. Loaded trailer a day early. Opened to add a few more items the day we were leaving and everything was soaked. It had rained hard over night and was still raining. Trailer leaked like a car wash. Took back to exchange and complain. Took an hour to get another trailer (While it continued to rain.) Once we got the trailer, wife and I had to transfer wet cargo. Offered no help buy employees, who weren't busy since it was early on a Sunday morning. Need to work on customer service.
