My reservation was moved to a location which was far from where I live. I was given a 16 mile credit, however I had to drive a 26' truck for an extra 20 miles through heavy traffic.

I had a satisfactory experience at this U-Haul location. The store manager called me before my appointment to verify if it was all right if my trailer had a ramp on it, versus the non-ramp which I requested, and I accepted the offer, as the ramp made no difference for my need. This is positive. The negative: The trailer had some sort of dog feces in the back. It was either overlooked after last used, or some stray dog decided to use the bathroom there after/if it was cleaned. I used the trailer to haul brush, so it get swept off at some point. Also, the wait time was pretty bad. I had a 10am appointment, and I waited 20+ minutes in line. There was one clerk and five people in line. This could be improved. And, I made my appointment online with all of my information. I had to give my phone number and address again to the clerk when completing the transaction. This is a system issue, but you'd think U-Haul would make their systems work to expedite this process, since I already provided in the online reservation. Overall, I am happy with my experience, as U-Haul fulfilled my need, and everything worked out.

I called the 1800 # in the afternoon before the appointment and was informed that the truck would be at the Lebanon location. No one told me until I went to pick the truck up in Lebanon that it was at keystone.

I was not happy with the reservation process - I requested a smaller truck at a location closer to home. That was not Keystones fault though they were unapologetic. Your reservations people were terrible - I was hung-up on twice and the third person neither helpful nor effective in explaining the changes in my reservation. I use UHaul 4-5 times were year and this was my worst experience ever.

Customer service was average! For some reason there was a mileage discrepancy between the miles that I drove vs miles showing on the paper work. The representative resolved the problem but was a bit rude.

Internet reservation didn't match with offered rental details, as in duration, start time, equipment and truck size. Associate/clerk bypassed the details when I took a phone call. We caught the equipment on site, but missed correcting for the duration change, resulting in double-rental charges. The importance of this figure wasn't highlighted, as all of the other specifics were flexible.

There was limited explanation on the self check in process and I was not able to use it and had to wait in line for 1/2 hour. Then when we finally got everything I had to try 5 different trucks before I found the right one I was given. Additionally there was limited signage on the building for Wher to exit

I had reserved a 15' truck a week in advance. When it was time to pick it up I was told they didn't have any trucks. There were no attempts made by the workers to help me resolve their issue. The manager came out was equally unhelpful. Because I was committed to my schedule I needed any sort of vehicle. I ended up renting a cargo van, but after receiving my bill I ended up being charged for the truck price instead of the van price. I will be pursuing getting my money back for the poor quality of services rendered to me.
