They didn't tell me where my truck was or how to identify it (all they said was look at the number on the keys- which I thought correlated with the parking spot letters). I had to walk around the whole lot and come all the back so someone could take a minute to show me. The ride itself was rough, but I could tolerate that. I was, however, VERY disappointed in trying to get the ramp back in the truck. A big bracket was bent down and it took 3 men to muscle push/manipulate it back in and delayed my move a LOT. Then, I got an authorized $36 charge. Not only did I stay pretty much within my estimated mileage, the attendant told me I didn't need to worry about the 1/8 tank used so I have no clue at all what this is for. I want that refunded as well as a partial refund for the broken ramp. Also, maybe the employees should park somewhere else so that the customers who have to leave their car their can park on the side where there's security camera's over night.

The Corporate Office MUST get a handle on the call center and the on line web site you are killing the good reputation of the individual stores!!!! I had may reservation for a trailer for a round trip. Decided to change it to a one way.....cannot do it on line....calling the individual store goes directly to Call Center (which I will never use again!)....they told me call back the next day (ok?) Called the next day, they changed my trip to one way (great - so I thought) Went to the original store I had planned on picking up the trailer, waited 45 minutes (listening to 1 other guy complain about the Call Center mistake) for them to tell me that the pick up location had been changed to the Keystone Store (no one ever communicated that....30 minute drive...) The guy at the store (who needs to be the CEO and COO of Uhaul when he finishes his Business School at IUPUI) changed my location to someplace even closer (2 miles away from my destination), lower my fee.

I already agreed to the rates you gave me which was a 162 dollars for one day and then I was charged an additional 30 dollars because I was told I didn't put gas hand back where it was and truck was dirty...I want to see some proof that truck was dirty and I didn't refuel truck...im very upset because I know those things aren't true

I paid for a mattress cover online and brought in the receipt so i could pick it up with the truck. The Owner, Ms. Bowman said the receipt did not have a credit card number on it even though it showed a zero balance and would not honor the purchase. Rather than make a scene, i purchased another one. It was rude of Mr. Bowman to treat a customer in such a manner. I now have to have the second purchase of the mattress cover deleted from my credit card bill.

The team that checked me in/out was awesome. The gentleman's name was Demetrius Holiness and he was friendly, informative and very helpful. It was raining as we were hooking up the trailer, but he never seemed to hasty or flustered by the weather. As our luck worked out it was raining when I checked back in too! Same great service at drop-off, though. Thanks Demetrius.

My only complaint is that we paid for furniture pads, the guy reminded us, and then we weren't given them. He didn't tell us to pick them up from somewhere, nor were they in the truck. I called the U-Haul main line when we got to the house to load the truck because I noticed they were missing.

The truck seemed to have been smoked in and then covered up with a perfumed chemical. It made the overall driving of the vehicle unbearable. In the hot heat it was hard to not use the AC, bit without the windows down it was overwhelming.
