Make sure the uhaul is clean before giving out to customers also be open when you tell people to return the uhaul otherwise it looks like we didn't return it on time

The app could not detect my location and one of the employees was pulling out of her parking spot as she realized I was in need. She immediately assisted me and I was able to pickup muy 24/7 reservation. Top notch customer service!!! THANK YOU!!!

William T.Small Mom & Pop locations are fine if they have normal business hours. When they do not open until 9 a.m. in the morning well phone check in helps, unless you have equipment that has to be checked in. Meaning with crime up, I wouldn't want to leave rented extra's unattended. And then finding a Company store is close by and closer to major highways, well ----------.
