Employees are not properly trained to deal with customers, are not well dressed and do not present themselves well. The location is dingy and dirty. The van had driven only 11,000 miles, which was a nice change. However, it was very dirty and had not been washed for a very long time. After loading, it became clear that the tire pressures were very low, but it was too late to find a gas station and pump them.
