First off, I hired 2 movers for three hours when reserving my truck and equipment. And the week before our move, I got a text telling me that the movers didn't want to work because of the heat waves, but it was barely 90 degrees that day. I ended up having to cancel them and hire friends instead. Second, the truck I was assigned to was late for its return. So I got it an hour behind schedule. Third, I reserved for a regular dolly and the man at the desk told me he didn't have one to give. So the website let me reserve for equipment I needed that this location wasn't able to provide me. If I ever move again, I will need serious convincing of ever working with U-Haul and Markham Storage again.
