Better location and rates
Lisa T.Location was supposed to be 24 hour drop off. The gate was locked. We called multiple times, but there was no answer. Finally, someone drove by stopped and contacted the owners for us. We waited a total of 20 minutes to drop off, and it was very inconvenient.
Christian S.I had to park in a hill that caused me to get charged for fuel. When I got there, I had to call someone to open a gate, which I was not told I couldn't just drop off anytime. Inconvenient especially when you've been moving for 13 hours that day already and you're exhausted.
Charlotte M.provide security on the U-Haul sign because it was missing and I passed the entrance when I went there. Other than that, excellent service.
