JEFFREY Gapplication and system was down when we arrived for a 6:30 a.m. reservation. The customer service representative, told us to wait until 9:30 a.m. to use the truck, we lost $ on our movers and time. We would like to be reimbursed for this inconvenience.
Colleen KWe had an issue with the gas milage. We had to do the overnight drop box and they charged us 5.25 for gas because they said we did not return it with the right amount of gas. When we got the truck it had 47 miles to empty. When we returned the truck it had 50 miles to empty. This means we returned it with more gas then when we got it but they said that the gas gauge was showing less than when we picked it up. In the future I am taking pictures of the gas gauge as well as the truck. It was only 5.25 but that is money that should not have been taken out.
ROBERT RI was charged for padding that I did not order and the vehicle that was provided to me had a safety defects lights on dash, anti-lock brake system warning light was one of them. Not a satisfactory rental at all!
