The vehicle was very rough running. Shifted really hard when going into overdrive. Front suspension felt loose as if possibly out alignment or a tie rod issue.

The dolly and the blankets that I paid for were not included in the moving truck. Need my money back. The truck was tagged by graffiti as well.

Flobert NHave the key in the correct box, have a contact number that answers if they don’t, make the lock more accessible, and make it known in advance that this facility is only for mobile pick ups and may need to get approval before picking up. As, I did not have an issue with the approval someone else may. I was incredibly disappointed and inconvenienced by the way this location operates. For no reason should it take an hour to get into a box that is incorrectly labeled (I was told box 1 and the key was in box 2.) nor should the lock on the box be unable to be unlocked. I would never recommend this process at this location. I would never recommend this location regardless due to there’s no contact person.
