Truck was great. Vendor renting me the truck was great: Friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The rental PROCESS was abysmal. Due to the U-Haul software, it took us a full HOUR to get me checked out. Software is non-intuitive, confusing for the user, and has misleading error messages, to name a few. Several users seemed to be aware of these shortcomings. I like U-Haul as a company, but your software reflects badly on you.
