Due to miscommunication, we were rushed at the end as had incurred late fees. He told us after the fact that he didn’t know how to do extensions and that was his reason that we couldn’t get it for more than 24 hours even though when I booked it online, it told me to speak to someone about an extension. Then another rep called me and pressured me further to return it even though we were rushing as fast as we can. This booking was not clear to us and the staff were not knowledgeable. I would not recommend this location and I am hesitant to use uhaul in the future.
