There was more bongs and pot stuff here than anything else. Crowded. We ended up putting in over $80 in gas taking it above full when the previous person just had it on the full line. Also had to pay more for extra mileage which the p/u location told us was included. We were looking to rent a trailer in a couple days but now will be looking for a different company.

The truck was almost new, clean and the person I picked it up from was personable quick and efficient. The only thing was the truck was just over half full ..... which would be better to have them full. I had to fill it before I left and when I got to my destination I had to guess how much to put in and it came out to 3/4 full. It would be easier to have it filled on the u haul's return. Very pleasurable experience. Upon returning the vehicle I was told a location but when I got there it was closed due to the Civic Holliday, but they had a drop off box where I put the key.



I wanted to pick the unit up in Walkerton. Booked it several weeks in advance. The week before I wanted it was told I would have to pick it up in Palmerson. About 45 minutes further. After a lengthy phone call it was decided I could pick it up in Kincardine still 70 km from home. Gave them all the information and was reserved. When I went to pick it up the was no record of the reservation. Fortunatly they had a trailer there so after giving all the information again I rented a trailer. I wanted to returne the trailer to Walkerton but was told there is a large surecharge for that. Ended up taking the trailer back to Kincardine the next day. In all I drove and extra 240 km. picking up and returning the trailer. plus about 3 hours of my time. Very satisfied with the trailer but not with everyting else. Brent

Connection with Uhaul system was slow and there were issues with the contract at pick up time. Took 45 mins to take possession which also frustrated the attendent (who took out his irritation on me).



The truck I had booked (10') was missing at the location. They only had a 15' truck, which was too much for my job. The seatbelt tensioner in the truck was broken.

The Daisy Mart attendant was helpful. However the parking area of the drop of location was very narrow and small. But in all honesty we were happy to get out of the noisy and very very uncomfortable U-haul truck.

It was pretty much self serve, There was a truck blocking the trailer we used and we had to move it ourselves. Had to attach the trailer ourselves. The customer service person was extremely hard to understand because of a language barrier. He was also running his gas station/convenience store.



When I asked to not have the insurance option I was ignored then told it couldn't be removed from the U-Haul system. This is the last time I will rent from this particular noocation ever again.

The booking process is a nightmare. Went specifically into Kincardine store and saw the trailer I wanted. Booked it in Kincardine AT the store. 3days later i go to Kincardine to pick up the trailer (which is 1km from my house) and find out that the trailer I get to use is in Hanover - 50kms away. I didn't want to drive 100km extra when I specifically checked to see if Kincardine had the trailer I wanted.

Gas was not up to 1/4 tank. Oil was down 1 litre. They didn't seem to have their act together. Held me up for almost 1 hour getting the vehicle sorted and I was paying a hired man to help me move. So it cost me an extra $ 20.00 for that hour. Thanks Stan Soloduka/ Kincardine



It took me just 7 minutes for a contract which takes 30 minutes or longer on average in any big city. I loved the hospitality of crew, who served five other people mean while but efficiently took care of me. This time Uhaul equipment was good caz it has good tires and side mirrors. Location is a big lot wide open space with a Gas station, Convenience, Uhaul moving supplies & take out resataurant. Crew let me park my car at the Premises for 2 nights. Overall i felt myself i stole a deal for the move I did.

The personal service was brutal. I had to dig the truck out of the snow, clean off all windows of ice and snow, then they told me the rental would be one price and when I returned it 2 days later they sent me another bill for $54.00 USD. Brutal service...

I Strongly recommend all brand new tires, and SNOW TIRES...We live in a snow community where in the winter there has to be snow tires. I rented the u=haul for 2 days and moved in a storm. I slipped and slid most of the way home to load the truck. Once I did get home i got stuck in the drive way which is an alley way which was maintained to the bare cement but because the tires were so worn I had to get a tow to to help me. I used more gas than usual due to going forward, backwards before I finally had to pay a neighbor to help.I then got to my drstination, and AGAIN same issue, being stuck 45 minutes, my husband becoming soaked. I have used u-haul many times threw the years and it always has had bad tires. Also, I sent a message about the gas level not being proper and I was advised to speak to the depot, I did and he would not listen nor understand me. I am on a limited income and can not afford extra expenses being stuck and paying to have to get help.This needs resolved. I am not rich to being paid people to help, just because no tire traction.

I was satisfied with the service, but when the final invoice was printed out there must of been a glitch in the U-haul computer as my contract was printed off with someone else's signature. I pointed it out to the clerk but he said it must of been something with the computer.
