It seems the owner of this location does not want to participate in the after hours pickup. I arrived at 8 am and after unlocking the key box, I discovered it was empty. After waiting 30 minutes, an employee showed up and got the keys from inside. I booked 2 weeks in advance, why were they not prepared?

HARLAN STruck still had a mattress and other items in the back. Fuel was at a 1/4 of a tank.
