We had a 7am pick up and our truck was blocked by another truck so we were stuck until that truck was picked up at 8am.

Scott DThe drop off key box was not easy to locate but a call to the after hours operator quickly resolved the issue. An employee was able to get on site and meet me to get the keys. Very convenient location.
LELIA FRented a small box truck. No issue with the office... Got in and out quickly. When I opened the back to load the truck it was full of splintered wood debris. I had to sweep out the mess and then take care of it's disposal. Also the knob for the driver side window was broken off. Please inspect your vehicles.
