I had a great experience renting from Gap Creek Market. The U-Haul representative, Shannon Ellard, went above and beyond to make sure I had my truck, even though the company's computer system had gone down. Also, the inside of the truck was spotless, and the fuel tank was full. I would definitely recommend this location.

Brian BHad a little trouble locating the Gap Creek Market using address provided; however, once entered Gap Creek Market in Waze, found it with no issues.
Chris SMy original truck was to be picked up at a different location at 730 am. I booked it a week in advance. U-Haul over booked and I was wo a truck on moving day. The manager was nice enough to find a truck, but I had to drive 30 miles to get it. Please don’t overbook. I felt this very disrespectful in light of my reservation being made We’ll in advance.
