The employees were pleasant and professional. This location was convenient to my new residence. The truck was adequate, and clean enough, but certainly not clean. The steering was questionable and the brakes functioned better in TowMode than without.

The girl working the counter is not friendly or polite. We will never come here again. Possibly use different providers to avoid HER specifically.

BOBBY PThe tow dolly tires were not balanced and bounced the whole time. At about 35 mph both wheels starting to bounce and send vibrations into the whole truck. Once I reached between 60-70 mph (unloaded) the tires stopped bouncing. On returning the tow dolly, I informed the clerk of this condition. Not sure it will be taken care of before the next customer.
