Less likely to recommend this pick up just because of way station is situated. Challenging to get back into parking lot depending on which direction you’re coming from. A larger truck is more difficult to maneuver through this area as well

My experience was very disappointing with this vendor. The equipment was great, but the vendor charged me for Safe Trip insurance even after I declined it multiple times. When I went back to him (same day of my rental) to dispute the charge and ask for a refund he said I chose to have the coverage and that it was my fault, even though he checked me in on his iPad and only allowed for me to sign the contract. I feel he is dishonest and should not be licensed to provide rentals for UHaul.
