Olaf KMy last call from Customer service was a young girl and she was rude and aggressive. Listen to the recording on my account. The truck was great and the rest was terrible. No more Uhaul for me. I spent so much time on 4 customer service calls after driving for 2 days.
RICKY BDropoff location, we arrived at 2 pm. There was no staff during the business hours till 5 pm. Unfortunately we spent more than half an hour. I called rep again. I hope this does not happen to any other renters.. I don't recommend this location.
