This drop off location was a pot smoking pipe shop which was closed and again had to do everything through the phone. UHaul customer service should tell customers which locations are actually UHaul service centers and not drop off locations. Also don't make guarantee promises when customers get to locations and trucks are not available.

Door was locked, with a sign that read "ring bell for service." There was no bell. Interior was very smoky and customer service was poor. Only option for taking drivers license was a link to a site that was buggy...took multiple attempts to get to work. Vehicles were covered in snow and no brushes or scrapers were provided. Vehicles were parked in a way that made it difficult to get out.
