No one at the drop off location but we were able to talk to personnel on phone and he guided us where to park vehicle. Follow-up email message worked fine for us.

This experience was all around bad. - the onsite person was late, leaving multiple people waiting to pick up their trucks. When he arrived, he didn't apologize or say anything to anyone. - the van is extremely dirty inside. The window was difficult to see through it was so dirty. Doesn't look like the inside cab has been cleaned in a year.

Junius P.I had ordered a 26' truck and it was confirmed. All they had was 20' which cost extra gas and trips as I was unable to load everything. I had also ordered a dolly and 10 blankets which they said they didn't have. Not happy.
