I arrived to the location 15 minutes before my pick up time and the employees weren't even present. Even when they got there, the lady said “I'm waiting for someone to come and give you the keys†and I was confused about that. After 30 minutes I finally was able to drive off in the truck and I noticed in my statement I was over charged to what I was originally told from online and I don't even know where to get an answer from.
