uhaul side of business isn't well maintained lot could use a make over and no one is attentive of coming and going equipment

This is fraud!!!! This is someone on my account that has used my info!!!! The driver’s license is not mine nor is the address!! I am located in Southaven ms & have been!! I have no use for a U-Haul at the moment! The front desk needs to be evaluated because this should have never happened!!!
Raven RVehicle wasn’t 100% clean and we cleaned it after use and got charged a cleaning fee. Ridiculous.
carla MFirstly, verify the equipment is available. I called ahead of time to verify and to tell them I would be an hour late getting the equipment. I show up and no auto transport. The counter had empty water bottles,used napkins, empty paper sleeves. I hope I dont have to deal with these folks again. I don't understand how uhaul would have a place like this representing them. The clerk had no idea what he was doing trying to fill the forms!!!
Guadalupe CThey charge me cause the U-Haul was dirty and the blankets were unfolded that’s the way we got it from Laredo and turn it the same way so I want my money back whatever they charged me
