I was billed nearly 300 dollars for a 49 dollar rental for 24 hours. But we literally dropped the truck off at a UHal store less than a quarter of a mile away from the store from where I picked up the truck. We were told that this was fine that they were the same drop off basically. The next day I was billed 275.00. I called to explain and the representatives would not listen to my complaint and brushed me off. Horribly, confusing, way to operate and the customer suffers.

It was too far off from my reservation picking point
john mPretty great. Asked for a 10 foot truck but was told i would be getting a 15 foot truck at no cost. Was guessing some complications happened but was glad bc the 15 foot truck was more helpful
devin bYour app needs to be fixed. It kept having me take the picture then not keep it. Super frustrating. This place I picked up was a bit hard to navigate in but I figured it out.
