Mirror cannot move and so dangerous. The ramp was stuck for 30 minutes. I had to try many things to put it back in. The gaz was below the half. I did a reservation for a dolly and covers and a 15’. I only get the truck. The employee told me that cannot let me leave with the truck because 2 others people did reservation for the truck. I had to argument with him to get the truck.

Sivakumar RJ'avais commandé un chariot, mais j'étais surpris de ne pas l'avoir en venant récupérer le camion, et à cause de cela j'ai dû faire des retards pendant le déménagement ! Si on m'avait dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chariot dès le début, j'aurais dû louer ailleurs, au lieu de me laisser prendre au dépourvu à la dernière minute. En plus le monsieur m'avait rien expliqué et a pris beaucoup de temps pour me libérer le camion, presque 30 minutes de retard, juste pour confirmer mon identité, je trouve ça ridicule !
