Tire pressures were all wrong. 3 tires over inflated. One was under inflated including having the dashboard warning light on, with an employee having started the vehicle and moving it before handing it off to me. Radio did not work

I was not the one to drop off trailer, so I have no input.
THOMAS MI never rented a uhaul. Uhaul let someone else rent a truck in my name without my permission, without my knowledge, without even verifying ID. They had a rental contract in my name holding me responsible for someone else to rent and drive. It's upsetting
