We had to drive 50 miles to go pick this truck up. When we got there we were told our truck wasn’t returned yet, even though it was right in front of us on the lot. So they said to go get breakfast somewhere. We left and when we got back we saw one of the employees siphoning gas from the truck, the same one that was there when we arrived, into a white Tahoe. He was taking gas out of the truck we drove off the lot??? So not only did we spend extra money to fill our own car up to go pick this truck up, but we also had to fill the u haul truck up right away as well to get to our original starting destination, Eugene, Oregon. We arrived to the Lebanon location on time and we had to wait, taking even more time out of our day, so he could siphon gas out of the u haul truck into a personal vehicle! The vehicle also said right on the dashboard that there was a usb port so we could charge our phone, there was not, so one phone died and the other one thankfully had 3% left so we could finish using our gps to our 9 hour trip destination
