The wipers didn’t work, definitely well over due to be replaced. Inside of the vehicle smelt like cigarettes and wet dog when you turned on the heat. Check in took longer than expected so we were standing in the cold for over 20 minutes. The app was slow and kept crashing and it was dark and the lot was full of ice puddles
