DAVID GI rented a uhaul to buy a bedframe from Facebook market place. The seller scammed me & decided not to sell me the bedframe once I arrived. So I drove all the way to downtown Orlando & back without the bedframe. I spoke with the gentleman that rented me the truck & said he would ask the general manager is there was anything that could be done. I am aware this isnt uhauls problem....but I was out $144. To me thats a lot of money. I wasnt expecting a full refund just something to help with withe cost due to my circumstances. The general manager refused any help.

Jeffrey BIt charged me for a late return , it wasn’t a late return I had 24 hours . I dropped it off at 11:00 am and my pickup was 11:00 am . All together I had to pay 130$
