The hours of operation are not acceptable. People need access to your equipment early in the day, until normal closing hours. Say, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm? That would be helpful and accommodating. I would recommend everyone I know then. Thank you for asking!
Sharon T.No one was present so it had to be a remote session. The app was hard to follow, but the number I called to help was very good. Also I accidentally left an item in the truck and they were very helpful in the return.
REID G.This was my first time using the mobile app, which I guess is the only way to use this location b/c they have such limited hours. It took me over 30 minutes to pick up my truck, because, I mistakenly clicked on ‘done' instead of continue, which repeatedly took me back to the beginning of the checkout over and over. Also, the app couldn't find my location when I tried to return my truck and checkout. It then took me immediately to a page telling me to put the keys in the lockbox. I don't believe I got to he proper checkout page. My initial receipt says I will be charged and extra $20 if I don't check out, and so now I'm fearing that I will be charged this even though it wasn't my fault. I don't yet have the final bill, so I don't know how I was charged. If the location kept regular hours, I wouldn't have had this issue.
Gillian F.The dolly and packing blankets were not on the truck and I had prepaid for them to be available. There was a ladder on the truck that we didn't order or need. I expected to be credited for the items missing but at this time I have not. I would of given an excellent rating if the above had of been taken care of.
