The truck was perfect. The trailer that we rented at the same time had a minor catch. The strap that secured one wheel in the front was a bear to disengage but the rest of the experience was great. Thank you, U-Haul.

david gNo one was there to assist me; The QR code did not work for scanning (maybe because it was very dirty?); I had to leave my rental contract instead and then my return was not processed until the next day. Everything worked out OK, but I didn't feel overly comfortable with the process.
Lisa KWas a hotel, person who helped me didn't work for uhaul. Never communicated with uhaul employee at drop off. Hotel employee took my keys and contract but told me they didn't know anything about uhaul side of business. When I rented truck the employee could not tell me where to drop it off. Had to call when I arrived. Poor experience.
