They didn’t have enough furniture pads. I had ordered a dozen, but there were only three in the trailer we rented. They did give us a discount, though.

I dropped the trailer off and was in my way. A worker was outside helping someone else when I arrived. They checked me out on the spot and I was on my way.

Terrible customer service. When we arrived on Saturday, 16 May @ 8:15am, an employee working inside the garage directed us to a sign on the door for turn-in information. When I asked where I should park the trailer, he once very short asked us to read the sign on the door. The sign wasn't particularly helpful either as the "uhaul.com/share" reference failed to mention that you had to "Physically be on site" to check-in the trailer. I figured I could do so from my hotel room since my cell phone wasn't charged. All it would have taken that employee was to say" Sorry, we're closed due to Covid-19. You can park it here and then log-in to Uhaul.com/share to check in your trailer. Make sure you're on premise. Otherwise, it wont let you." You see; that's not too hard; is it? I would also clarify your "door sign"

The app displayed an incorrect mileage and did not let me change the mileage to the actual odometer reading. I am currently being billed for extra mileage even though I only drove 40 miles.

I requested a 15ft truck but was given a 20ft truck and charged for it. It was not disclosed to me that I was getting a 20ft truck. I wish there had been more transparency with the truck.

Uhaul directly was the worst. I made a reservation and they didn't give me the correct information about the place and I couldn't pick up the van at 5 am like I needed for an emergency so they changed my rental to a truck and the app didn't work. Kelly's was great when I got there at 8 and got us going. Thank you Kelly's.

Got hit with an "after-hours" drop off fee for delivering at 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Shop closes at noon on Saturday. Did not know that until I arrived there. Had no idea that I would be charged this extra fee. This was the location that I was told to drop the trailer in an email that was sent to me.

Don't switch a reservation to another location. I reserved a trailer in Norristown but without consulting me my reservation was changed to Limerick. While only 12 miles further away it was 30 minutes extra driving to get there and 30 minutes coming back. Agent tried selling me insurance for 24 dollars even though I explained that I already prepaid for insurance which was 19 dollars. If I changed my drop off you would charge me extra. Why is it ok for you to unilaterally change my pick up?

The lockbox was very hard to open in very cold weather. I was using the App, and submitted that I couldn’t open it, and they told me to seek help from a live person, but no one was to be at that location all day. Fortunately I was able to finally get the key, but I could no longer get back to the page in the app that I show mileage and fuel levels.

Had to wait a long time at the counter for service. When I returned the truck, the business was closed (this was at 2 pm). I had not been informed ahead of time so it caused a bit of confusion.
