When I arrived to pick up the truck I had reserved in advance, I was told I needed to go to another location with a person who worked there and pick up the truck, then come back and move my things. I also arrived to drop off the truck, the guy told me to follow him, and I waited for him to park it so he could take me to my car. This was very inconvenient.
