I didn't talk to anyone just dropped it off with the app. So it is not that the personnel wasn't helpful just didn't use their service-really should be an N/a option on the survey.

Jessica BThey close a 5pm and told them I'd be back before then. I called 6 times starting at 4:37pm to tell them I was 5 miles away but no answer, so I left a message. I arrived after getting gas at 4:58pm. When I arrived the open sign was on, I parked the truck and went to the door but the sign was now off. I knocked and knocked by they wouldn't answer. As a result I had to download the Uhaul app, create an account, then go through the whole app return process which took me an additional 25 minutes. Hope it was worth it. I'll rent for the Shell station from now on.
