My pickup location was changed to be farther away from me . I reserved a U-Haul truck at a storage facility that I rent at. But the day before it was changed to a facility farther away, resulting in more mileage and less time to move. the facility that I rented did have a truck on site and it was available for mobile pick up not sure why U-Haul changed it on me..

Not a thing, great equipment.
SCOTT GThe online experience was horrible. It took me an hour to get my truck. My order wasn’t in my app, I had to call your service center twice, the first guy was no help, I finally resolved it. The return online was horrible too, there wasn’t good reception so it took forever. Then it would kick me out and I would have to start again.
