The "Check Engine Oil" light was on. The check out process on the website did not work well. I took pictures of all sides of the vehicle as instructed, but the website kept rejecting them. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to check out, but was not able to and had to call in to speak with an agent (who was very helpful).
Mark PMaybe simplify the process slightly, otherwise I couldn’t be happier. You also sent the first message before the survey message. That is important. Great experience and equipment.
John HThe engine was loud and sticking and inconsistent, I was afraid for our safety. They should drive each truck after return and complete maintenance and don't rent it out again until its fixed.
