TAYLOR FDon’t redirect customer to pick up vehicle 12 miles from home instead of 1-2 miles. Office had difficulty finding original quote. When checking out printed up new price that used two one way trip with actual mileage an opposed to original contract. If I hadn’t insisted that something was wrong credit card would have been over charged.$150. Manager did not help young employee out. Should have jumped in when she saw there was an upset customer.

RACHEL LThe pick-up was changed 3 times, and was still a problem. We lost a whole day of packing. We were suppose to pick-up the truck at 9:00, and it was 6:30pm by the time we got a truck. We had to run to 3 different u-haul pick-ups. It was Terrible!!
