It was difficult to find the correct address. I would recommend giving more detailed instructions on how to find the location. Also the process of getting access to the keys was unclear until I arrived. Some instructions on that process would have been helpful to know ahead of time.

When I called the phone number to the office the store personnel could not hear me. When I walked into the location the employee called me phone and verified that the caller could not be heard. Making sure the phone is working would be the only change to make
