When I returned the trailer I rented, I was never emailed the receipt nor was the trailer checked back in, as returned. I had to call U-Haul customer service twice to get this corrected.

Better customer service by office lady would be helpful. I was charged $0.08 to my credit card at the end for going 0.02 of a mile over the allotted mileage even though uhaul moved my pickup site three miles further from my home. From Dryden to Almount. When I called the Lowell uhaul office when I received the charge I was just told I went over the mileage and would be charged. I thought this was pretty petty on uhaul's part

Your contact people hung up on us twice and we had a flat tire on your trailer. I don't think that was very professional. The tire was low to begin with so we put air in it and I worked almost the whole trip. We're trying to get help was unbelievable are you're in.

The employee could not get computer to work took over 30 minutes to fill out the paper work to rent a tow dolly. Did not have any one to help me hook it up I had to pull it out of the snow bank by myself.

I reserved the trailer the day before. It took an hour to make my reservation because of your software. The next day I showed up to get the trailer and was told it was rented to someone else. When the area manager was called he said I HAD TO Drive to a different office. Your fault then you need to deliver the equipment. He finally agreed to ONLY because he was at the store with the he trailer. I finally got the trailer and everything else went fine.

When I got there to pick up the truck, it was just above empty. They had no other 26’ truck. They called “Travis” and he wanted me to go put gas in the truck. The employees at the store said that is his job...they do not check them out in any way. I had no choice but take the truck as is or not move on the 17th as planned. They reduced the bill by $18 because of this, but why can’t Travis just do his job?

Kind of a weird set up, it's an oil change shop, and you have to go around to the back to the "office", which is really the oil change service desk. However, the people are very friendly, equipment was new and clean, and more important - available on short notice. I would definitely use this location again and recommend it.

When I picked up the trailer, the bill was about $300 more than it was supposed to be. The worker contacted someone, and that someone said they would take care of it. But I just checked my credit card and the amount billed was not adjusted downward. I am furious! Now I will have to call U-Haul and get this straightened out. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I was told my U-Haul would be ready for me at the Ionia .MI location when I called 2 weeks before. That location was only 10 min. down the road from our home. On the day that I was to pick it up, they did not have it and I had to drive a half hour away in a different town, Lowell, who just got the truck in.. It took me almost 2 hrs. to get back to Ionia after filling out forms and waiting for a slow computer and then was directed the wrong way so got lost. What a waste of our morning when we needed to be packing.
