LADY forgot to return my debit card!!!! after driving for 45 minutes, had to turn around and go get it!!! and it was way too expensive for small ass 4x8!! 199.00!!!! and I couldnt take half my stuff, had to leave the mattress behind and my dinette set because trailer was too small!!! The bigger one was unaffordable to a single mom!!! So now I am sleeping on the floor!!!!

Let customers know where to park when picking up keys. Almost no parking at location
Representative at location instructed me to call when I was dropping off equipment for further instruction. The rep never answered my calls and did not call back. The office location is very hard to find and requires equipment to be taken to secondary location. I also attempted to contact customer service for instructions, but waited for over 30 min with no answer. This was the most disappointing experience I have had with U-Haul. I will not be using U-Haul in the future and will be sharing my experience with others.
