At drop off, I was having IT issues due to lack of cell service. The staff never offered to help by offering their WiFi they just told me to download the app. I had to go to my truck and use my truck WiFi for the app to download. I also tried to report that my boxes got damaged due to water leaking from the truck and he completely ignored my request.

Dana DDolly was not available at my location and it was reserved
Christy MTruck sounds bad and needs a front end alignment....maintenance is due on it. Was fairly clean though just some debris on floorboard and ants were on the drivers side. Easy transaction though. I have not received credit for gas as the truck was almost empty (about 1/8 of fuel) and we brought it back at nearly 1/2 tank. No one answers phone at store and uhaul c/s says I must go thru store. I have pics.
