Some area's of improvement ; should have us sign off when we decline insurance ; because they charged after i had refused. This is a gas station and I asked if I could fill it to return it full; they looked at it and said it was fine; then I was charged prime rates, at a Gas station that I had offered to fill myself ? how is that right. Then I called all the following numbers until I did get service from the last one ; 450-691-8784 1 800 468 4285, 1800-663-5613, 1800-789-2628 : a wonderful agent by the name of Donna ( who helped me file a dispute ; a) for the gas b) an insurance of $19.99 move and an additional 5.00$ (I have a rebate for the fuel ; but for the insurance from this dispute number manager 5554738! Waiting for a call and a full reimburstement of the insurance addons.
Francois TLe véhicule m'a été remis avec un peu moins 1/4 d'essence, le véhicule extérieur était sale et la porte du côté conducteur ne déverrouillait pas avec la clé. Des frais de nettoyage ont été chargé pour une pôle de rideau oublié dans la boîte du camion et un morceau de collier de serrage. De plus, on nous a chargé des frais pour le remplissage d'essence alors que j'ai remis le véhicule au même niveau d'essence. Ils m'ont chargé pour 101 kilomètres alors que j'ai fait 98 kilomètre. Très déçu de mon expérience.
