BARBARA VI did not understand the need to take pictures of the vehicle prior to returning to my home…and the app was not necessarily the easiest to maneuver. Overall a good experience though.

ROGER MThe location had me call customer service when the price was wrong on the contract. The location said if they modified the price, they would take the loss. Uhaul should not be penalizing the CUSTOMER because of their processes. Twice in one day I was left to solving my own problems (both driving additional miles and spending extra time with customer service) because the powers that be at UHAUL messed up. All around a poor experience.
