The staff was rude. The lady didn’t want to come and check in the U-Haul because I had a card on file and I said I wanted to make sure everything was ok. I tried asking questions when my total was messed up and she argued then kicked me out of the office. Call me a dumba**. My boyfriend tried to go back in and she locked the door on him and said more vulgar stuff. Do not recommend!!!!!!! After that the U-Haul should be free. Poor service. Wong go back to U-Haul
