We had a hard time finding the location. They changed the drop off location without informing us. We then had to call customer service to change the drop off location to what we had requested online. This process took 28 minutes of being on hold and we were transferred 7 times before we talked to someone who could authorize the change.

I would have liked to pick up the truck at a closer location, we were moving to Arizona and needed to haul a pickup truck. Our original pick up location was three miles away.The day before we were scheduled to pick up the truck and auto transport we found out the pick p location was twelve miles away which meant adding on about thirty unnecessary miles as we could not load the truck with the auto transport attached.

Price was higher than online check-in. Online check-in is a joke. The location I chose and reserved the trailer at did not have the trailer when I showed up. Had to go to the above facility, luckily only about a mile away.

Scary location. Hard to find. Van was beat to heck. I am sure glad I bought the insurance. No U-Haul people there as this was a phone pickup. Van was really dirty and dusty. I had to get my leaf blower out to clean it before I put my stuff in. I would not do a phone check in as if you have any complaints you are screwed and cannot get another van with out going to a bigger location.

Brad Ling, president of all things U-haul in Utah is worthless. We rented a 26 foot truck 2 weeks before our one-way move cross country. We went to the place we were told to pick it up just to find out we had to go to another location. We end up at location 2 just to find out it was at location 3. I then call Brad Ling who says "I can give you $50". Really? We are going all over SLC and all he can do is $50? He clearly does NOT care! We then go to location 3 and still no truck. It is at location 4! At this point Brad Ling is REFUSING my phone calls. Location 4 has a beat up, dirty old truck for us. We were promised cruise control but this truck did not have that. It did, however, have week old tater tots left in the cab. GARBAGE! Anyway? Location 4 didn't have our auto transport so we needed to go back to location 2 to get that. No email was ever sent regarding the run around or pickup. Brad Ling is worthless as a manager. On our trip, the tread on our auto transport started coming off. We call roadside assistance and they couldn't come out to fix us until then or I get. We hunkered down at an ice rest stop and fell asleep but was kept awake by constant texts and phone messages from U-haul apologizing until 2AM. They said they were concerned about us not getting a good night's sleep - but then texted me into 2AM. We did finally get help and the tech changing our tire said he used to work for U-Haul but quit because of they way they back around their customers. No kidding!!! Once we arrived in Indiana, we had a fender bender with the auto transport. And another car. We bout extra insurance but now RepWest is playing games and is trying to get my personal insurance to pay. We pay for extra insurance but they refuse to pay any claims. Is there anything you guys do that is RIGHT????

I had never pulled a trailer before and didn't know anything ie. hooking up driving etc. The young man that helped me was very informative and showed me everything I needed to know. That help was very much appreciative.

I rented a car hauler trailer to haul a BMW Z4. The front bumper cover of the Z4 is slightly lower than the front of the trailer and protrudes past the front of the trailer. As a result when I unloaded the vehicle the bumper caught on the front of the trailer and was partially ripped from the car. It will have to be replaced. Your website currently indicates that this trailer fits this car. It does not and the website should be updated to reflect this.

The battery died 3 times during my move, and the dash lights did not work at all, so I was pulled over because I couldn't see how fast I was going. I also ended up having to pay additional people to help me move because of the additional time it took to keep jumping the Uhaul truck. I've used Uhaul in the past and have been satisfied, however I am seriously reconsidering ever using them again as this has been very costly and I am very upset with my experience.

Pick up place was hard to find. Trailer was clean inside, but really dirty outside, Fair enough, half of that was snow & sludge, but it would have been nice to pick up a clean trailer. Apart from that - all was fine!

Personnel was checking the lights while on the phone. Good thing it was a simple task. We were told to unhook, put the tow dolly in the parking spot and leave. No other contact was made.

It is very hard to find and when we called and some lady answered she was not help in helping us find it either. The other guy I spoke to was helpful and nice
