There was an empty trash bag in the back of the truck when we opened it. We also chose an appointment at 10:30 thinking that there would be an attendant or office, but it was never communicated that the service is now self serve and extremely difficult for an older person.

We booked for 10:30 Am and got the unit at 12:30 Pm no one was there to give the unit, they kept on misguiding on the phone. We have to book other u-haul and then they called back and had to cancel the early booking. We had to bear a financial loss because of the delay.
Noman ACouldn’t get good signal, app takes forever. But thanks because I won’t use U-Haul ever again.
Esteban OLocation, was great…but had to fuel up right away, as the previous renter didn’t do it. And the dealer did advise the situation as I did came earlier than my reservation.
