Could not communicate as owner spoke little English. Store was messy and not clean. Has 8 gas pumps, only 1 worked. Needed to go fill up elsewhere.

The counter help was clueless, they had to keep calling someone else just to get approval to give me the key that the app said to provide. This process took nearly an hour to complete and was very frustrating. They were not understanding I reserved two trucks, and ended up cancelling one of my reservations. Luckily, the Uhaul agent was amazing and restored my reservation.

John RThis location lost my reservation and overcharged my father by $239 when he arrived to pick up the truck. Then when I disputed their charges, they still have not fully refunded me the money. It’s disgusting.The shop was also being operated by several people who could not speak English very well, which of course made things much more difficult. I will never use U-Haul‘s services ever again.
