The cargo area of the vehicle was not swept out. I ordered half-dozen pads, with the reservation. No furniture pads were provided. It took 40 minutes to get the code for the lockbox. THE MOBILE APP DID NOT WORK, WHEN I WAS PICKING UP AND RETURNING THE VEHICLE. We had to contact customer service a few times that day. Employees, from Orange Towing, even stated they have trouble with the mobile app. U-Haul attempted to charge me for three days of rental, when I only had the vehicle for a few hours. This is because the mobile app did not work and is not user friendly.
